Franz Xavier Bergman (Austrian, 1861 – 1936)
An Austrian Art Nouveau polychromed bronze Orientalist sculpture of a "Bedouin Soldier" by, Franz Bergman reloading a rifle adorned in beautifully polychromed dress. The bronze retains its original polychromed finish and is in good condition with age appropriate wear. The sculpture is signed with the Bergman mark displaying the letter B within a cartouche and is further numbered.
